Tim Mitchell is a Digital Transformation Leader who has held leadership positions at Cadena Growth Partners, Flux Labs and Deloitte Africa. He holds a Global MBA in Digital Transformation (Cum Laude) from the University of Barcelona and is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Strategy and Customer Centricity.

Tim spends his time shaping the digital transformation journeys for corporates and entrepreneurs across sub-Saharan Africa, working from digital strategy definition through to implementation. He has played a key role in initiating the digital transformation journey for over 50 blue-chip firms in sub-Saharan Africa, through his immersive Digital Lab approach to rapid digital strategy development.

Tim leads engagement teams, facilitates digital workshops, presents keynotes and speaks on panels at digital conferences, guest-lectures and provides MBA-supervision at GIBS Business School. He also coaches the continent's next wave of emerging technology start-ups. Tim has been recognized for his leadership in Digital Transformation, receiving Mail & Guardian’s “Top 200 Young South Africans” award in 2020 in the Science & Technology category. He was also named by TechSee as one of the “22 Digital Customer Service Trailblazers in 2022.

Zethu is a Senior Consultant at Cadena Growth Partners. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession with a first attempt pass at the Initial Test of Competence (ITC) and Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), the foremost of her experience is in Technology, Real estate, Mining, Aviation, and logistics, Manufacturing and retail and Advertising industries which exhibits her knowledge in Financial Reporting, Auditing, Tax, Management Accounting and Finance, US GAAPand SEC reporting.

Her previous experience includes being a Regional Operations Manager for a Tech start-up – Bolt Services (Pty) Ltd, where she developed strategies to strengthen the value proposition to continually grow the supply and demand base, performance, quality, compliance and retention and revenue growth through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

She is also a former Manager and Trainee in the Audit and Assurance Business at Deloitte South Africa. Zethu is registered with the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting - CA stream) degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting.
